    Hey Guys and Gals,

    Im trying to find some solid information about a decent stack for a first timer and really more information on the use of hormones in women. I've heard the gains are lost on stopping the stack, is this true? Im looking to get harder and some good lean gains. Ive heard good things about IGF-2 but im basing this info on things I've read on the interwebs.

    What are your thoughts on the stack

    <Herbal blend supplement>
    <Creatine-based supplement>
    <Herbal blend supplement>

    Worth the money? Any noticeable sides?

    My advice is don't bother with prohormones, they aren't worth it.

    If you want to go down this kind of route then do some serious research and look at going to the dark side properly. I don't think this site is the best place for that kind of advice but there are others out there.

    Thanks Bison. It's certainly something I've considered. I'll give it some more thought and see what kind of results I get over the next few months of clean diet and hard training while I get my nose in the books so to speak.

    UK muscle if you want steroid advice prohormones are steroids remember don't kid your self.

    But if you are after some good supplements can't go wrong with impact whey and hurricane XS which also has creatine in it.

    I already use impact whey CEE and Zinc based supplement. Would you say hurricane is a better idea to taking impact and CEE?

    Your not wrong there. Stuff tastes like death. Well I'll switch up to mono on the next order. I was worried about the bloating more than anything so im hoping it'll be minimal as I haven't suffered at all with CEE and that alone Is worth the foul taste

    AFAIK discussion of prohormones is prohibited by the rules on this forum.
