I have been taking Vitamin D3 supplements since the turn of the year after reading some intersting things about it, including the link to potentially lowering Hay Fever which I suffer badly from each year May-August.

I was going to start taking some Cod Liver Oil & Glucosamine as trying to keep up with the gym and continuing to play rugby as well at 34 I have started having some minor problem with joints (mainly knee and shoulder)

My question is would I be OK to take Cod Liver Oil as well as the Vitamin D3 as there is Vitamin D in the Cod Liver Oil and the amount in the MyProtein Vitamin D3 is about 500-600% rda.

Will this mean I am taking too much if I take the Cod Liver Oil as well.

Well I take a Vitamin D3 supplement that supplies 5000iu per capsule which is about 1250% RDA, I'm not worried.

If you are worried then try just taking the Vit D every other day?
