it says on the label: apple puree 30%, carrot juice concentrate 29%, apple juice concentrate 26%, strawberries 8%, orange pulp, cherry concentrate 1.5 %, lemon juice and apple pectin!

...and they then say that's the equivalent of 1 apple, 2 carrots, 2 strawberries, and 1 cherry (which i find hard to believe)

It's all concentrate, pulp, etc... not very good at all mate, infact I'd go as far as to say a load of crap.

Try adding cinnamon if you fancy a change. It has a nice strong flavour and a host of health benefits are claimed (some of which are only just being discovered). See if you like the taste- I have it with porridge oats and sultanas for my breakfast. It is also lovely with cottage cheese.

Just make sure the cinnamon isn't past its best before date... My heart seems to go a bit psycho if I have "off" cinnamon, but maybe that is just me!
