Hello, well i thought id just see what kind of ideas people have when flavouring their own protein shakes etc.
i also thought id leave one of my ideas which im sure alot of you will like, ive used this to make maltodextrin drinks etc. If you go on ebay and type in 'coolaid' or 'flavourade' you should come across a seller thats advertising something like 50 packets of it for £10 including shipping from USA, there are tons of different flavours out there so your sure to find something you like.. anyway your sposed to mix the stuff with sugar but i was using maltodextrin as it has quite a sweet taste to it,probably the best tasting sports drink ive had.
ill probably use it for other drinks and shakes i may make,ive not tired it with whey though so im not sure what that will taste like.
each packet weighs in at 4.3g but theres enough to make 2 litres of the stuff,so you do the maths!
Anyone with any ideas on how to spice up your shakes etc post a reply, and id be interested in finding out of anyones come up with their own magic mix for a high calorie drink![]()

So far we all have the same sort of ideas then...just waiting to see if anyone come up wit somethign different. as for that homemade high calorie drink i was talking about, it would be something to take between meals to stop feeling hungry and to bulk up a bit eaiser..on the same subject i remember seeing a supplement where each shake had something silly like 4000 calories per serving,bit much i think!
4000cals per drink would be about a kilo of powder :s.

200g skinless chicken
150g whey
50g sugar
about a million calories, and more protein than you can shake a stick at.
Oh, and dessicated monkey's uncle to go along with the shark cartilage on shake v2
