I am a professional cage fighter, got 2 fights 2 wins under my belt. I want to organise a much better supplement requiem for my next fight. Currently i take glutamine, BCAA, CEE, post training and before a fight, I found this increased my muscle endurance. Thinking of adding D-Ribose and taurine. my diet is similar to bodybuilding diet but with more carbs.

    Any advice would be great.

    cheers

Take the CEE pre workout and the BCAA during, 3g and 15g respectively

Add taurine @ 5g pre workout. Ribose sucks.

Mm that's really all you need IMO unless you want to get super-technical. ZMA perhaps? AAKG with taurine and caffeine pre-workout?

I think you've got the essentials nailed so just have some fun - I like the "pump" supps for messing around with; could give you a wicked pump for your fights.

Well done on the wins btw

MMA = not for the ordinary psycho. you need to be a special kind.

Well done on your wins! I concur with the caffeine and taurine!

lol, most of the guys i train with are quite humble normal guys, there are a few nutters though! its like a switch you throw on when its time to fight.

Anways so D-ribose is a waste of time, doesnt help with ATP?

i sometimes get cramps when training ive read taurine will help with this?

    what will AAKG help with?

i have been using argine post training as well as increased bloodflow to musles helps when grappling.

    cheers

    Citrulline Malate
    Taurine
    CEE
    AAKG

    Post:
    Glutamine
    Whey

I wouldnt use Caffeine, too many people get dependant on it and think they cant train without taking it.
