Lots of MCT's which are supposedly easily used for fuel by the body. The only problem is coconut oil has mostly O10 and the best MCT's are O8, so its not that good really.

Haven't tried the casein but I've had the mpc and with the chocolate flavouring and a sweetener it's delicious. Bit pricey though so I just mix whey with milk now.Quote
