I was looking through the 'our formulas' section of the website and saw the bedtime formula, i was just wondering if anyone had tried this, and what you think is worthwhile consuming before you go to bed

just buy some milk protein concentrate. its 80% casein for slow release over night and 20% whey for a quick shot of protein, so the release is tappered basicly. Also try adding it to milk and olive oil to further slow the release. take about 50g at night and you are sorted

All I usually consume before bed is whey with milk and flax. Gonna soon start chucking in some cottage cheese with this once I buy a new blender...
