    Eexcluding protein powder, what supplements would you buy if your budget is £50.00 per month. If I spend beyond this Mrs M is gonna have my balls!

    A mutivit and some creatine and dextrose would be my list. Maybe some glucosoamine. But that would be about all. You can grind up oats yourself if money is tight. But you dont need much to grow.As long as real food is being consumed

    I am back from Uni yeah.......I'm not at home just now tho.....I just jump on the forum/internet whenever I can........at work, at mums work, at Kirsty's (GF) etc etc. I just check PMs and any threads with interesting titles.......not got enough time to trawl through all the threads....... especially with Meathead 'whoring' it up

    Ah yeah! I know what i'd buy! Flapjacks! If its not including whey, i'd get Creatine and dextrose and as many flapjacks as I could afford with the money left!
