ALCAR is a better absorbed verison of l-carnitine. some claims it helps fat loss while some say its nothing more than a nootropic.

personally, i dont think it helps with fat loss but maybe i am not takin a high enuf dose.

l-car is pants, its terribly absorbed.

ALCAR is a good supp tho, and does help fatloss a little, also helps focus and energy. It's good stuff.
