100g of malto seems a little excessive! how long is your workout normally?

    1. Whey isolate is expensive, just get concentrate and save urself some cash. It's just as good. Have 30-40g post workout.

    2. 100g malto is too much IMO, you want max 50g, then a slid meal 30-60mins later

    3. GVT is a terrible way to train. Have a look around the forums to find a better split.

u need to get those workout times lower! try and workout 3 times a week, a good way would be a push pull legs

    Pull (mon)
    Deadlifts
    Wide Grip Chins
    Rows
    Bicep Curls

    Push (wed)
    Decline Bench press
    Incline Press
    Shoulder press
    Dips

    Legs (fri)
    Squat
    Leg extensions/leg press
    Leg curls/SLDL
    Calf raiseo

if u do somehing thing 3x6 on each exercise, u can bang that out in 40mins!

I wouldnt say 100g of malto is excessive....or at least too excessive. If you are training very hard then its not going to do you any harm. maybe try having 40-50g of dextrose with 40-50g of maltodextrin.
