    hi guys

how do you get your leucine to mix? I've tried stirring it and shaking it for ages and it still floats up to the top!

above is tom's method. the above is with regards to bcaa but since bcaa includes leucine i think the method will work with just leucine too.

    yup exactly the same.

this morning i put it 3 spoonfuls of bcaa, 2 spoonfuls of splenda nad alot of banana crusha (sugar free) into a 1000ml water bottle. filled up to 500ml, shook it (even tohugh it didnt mix and stayed as froth ontop) then adding the other 500ml. i then turned it upside down and back up again. (still a bit of froth)

went to my car, put it on the car seat, by the time i got to my gym (5mins) the froth had gone and the leucine wasnt totally disolved as there were little white specks all in the drink. but thats good enough, (and u cant really taste it)

i notice splenda when dump into tea gives off lots of bubbles whereas cane sugar (surcose) doesnt. wonder if this is a result of some kind of chemical reaction.

    has anyone notice this?
