    Yo everyone,

Just wondering about taurine, Im sure you get that in red bull and red rooster.

Does it make you hyper like caffine?

Does it make you stronger/bigger when you take it??

its a common misconception that the taurine in redbull makes u hyper. it was put it as it helps you hold onto water, hense counters the direutic effect that the caffeine in redbull would have (making it safer for the general public when they, for example, drink it in hot weather)
    for bodybuilding purposes expect
    - improved cognition
    - better pumps (escpially when combined with CEE)
    - better hydration

IMO, you'd be better off taking taurine separately instead of relying on the red bull. It's cheaper, and I like to be able to taste my amino acids !

It won't make you instantly "stronger" or "bigger", but when you work out it'll give you an awesome pump.

I take Taurine in my pre and post workout drinks, along with CEE and AAKG.

I find the combination leads to good energy levels and should result in better take up of nutrients to the muscles - well that's the theory - Taurine is also very cheap

i find when i have taurine, i feel more like working out. mentally i feel stronger and up for a good workout. but in terms of strength and mass gains it will contribute very little overall imo.
