I've also never had a creatine that 100% dissolved. It doesnt matter. Just make sure you take it with a fair amount of carbohydrates.

I just put water in my mouth and then pop a spoonful of creatine in my mouth. Don't bother with all the mixing lark

At the moment I'm taking it with orange/apple juice, I think I'll get some dextrose in my next order. Is there anything I can pick up at the supermarket that makes a good substitute to dextrose or will any liquid carb do?

On my workout days I take it 20mins or so before working out, on my rest days I take it after breakfast, 3g per day in both cases, does this sound ok?

re creatine mono solubility, it actually has very poor solubility. Creatine has a solubility in water of 0.0085% at 4C and 1.4% at 25C ~ pH 7. 5. i.e. the best u can achieve is a suspension.

i am sure tesco and sainsbury sells dextrose. H&B also stock dextrose.

Don't you find that when you open your mouth to pop the creatine in that all the water kinda like dribbles down your chin?

Martin a little tip from your uncle 43 - Put the creatine in first and then the water

Nah, i put the water in first, otherwise the creatine kinda sticks to your mouth and isnt nice. I tilt my head back so the water doesnt dribble out 43

Just use warm water (about 40ºC). Stir or shake a little and it will dissolve. I use the same method with other powders, like herb extracts.

5% off on your first order? MP10238 code: Just use it!
