Just use one scoop. That's 5g which is the suggested serving. 1-2 times a day, but 1 is sufficient.

It is the right scoop and you're right to take 1 and a half scoops because 1 scoop is only 3 grams. You only need to take this once a day though.

If all else fails weight it on some kitchen scales. ps dont pour the powder onto the scale as daft as it sounds I was stupid enough to not think once. pour into a pre determined weight cup or something lol.

Umm, what? Of course things dissolve better in warm water. That's just basic chemistry.

Creatine should be used in warm / hot water otherwise it won't dissolve. There are other expensive brands of creatine that are designed to dissolve better in cold water, but for the cheap creatine sold on MP, you need warm water.

Thats what the poster was saying

Other than how it dissolves hot or cold has no affect on the creatine

No, he said it has no effect on how well the creatine dissolves. Which it clearly does.

But what you are saying, that dissolved or not has no effect on absorption, I think you should read the video description. I'll quote a little of it:

"People who get stomach problems from creatine have been told to pre solubilize their creatine for decades. For people who get stomach upset, non responders (approx 30% of users) they may get better responses from fully dissolving, but that's hypothesis on my part.

I can say, thousands of people have reported the stomach issues and bloating they experienced were gone once they pre solubilized their creatine."

So the potential risks of undissolved creatine causing stomach cramps and giving you little benefit due to lack of absorption can be resolved by simply dissolving it before you drink. You might be taking 5mg a day, but your body only getting benefit from 1 or 2mg.

Is there a reason to not take it properly? Most people drink hot drinks anyway so it's not a lot of effort.

Capitalised the word you seem to keep over looking

Also I never said anything about dissolving it or not

I dissolved my creatine and never felt anything from it either way
