    Hello There,

    well heres my life story

i bought 1kg of Creatine Monohydrate
    Creatine Monohydrate from Myprotein

apparently 1 x level MP Plastic Scoop (small) weighs 3g (not includuded)

so then i went and bought

    Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Small) 5cc
Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Small) | Myprotein.com

dont know why its 45p but moving along... where to go from here>?

    [Suggested Use] Says:
add one and a half mp small scoops (5g) to water, shake then consume

people say this spoon holds 2.5 grams
so why does the suggested use tell me to use 1 and a half scoops?

what im realy interested in is how much i should take if i plan to use this stuff post & pre workout

    2.5g before then 2.5g after
    or

    ?

Teaspoon full, in the mouth and swish around with water. I do ok with as little as 3g.

3-5g a day, whenever you like, some people suggest taking with simple sugars for an 'insulin spike' this results in the creatine being taken up into muscles quicker but it doesn't really matter (if you did want to do this then try taking it with grape juice)

A heaped teaspoon is there or thereabouts 5g. Shovel a spoonful into your mouth and take a swig of water.

Do this once a day everyday whenever you remember to.

Good day to you all, I have the same question, as op, but I can see, this was not answered. I know people went on to recommend using a table spoon etc, but possibly op, like myself, I like to follow instructions to the latter. So I also bought the myprotein plastic scoop small, and under the scoop it says 5ml. Here is link to the scoop Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Small) Sports & Leisure | Myprotein.com

So is this the scoop which when measuring and using creatine monohydrate, we have to use one and a half scoops twice a day please. Looking forward to your helpful help and advise thanks

You don't need two servings of 1 and a half scoops each day.

I wake up, and take one very heaped scoop, and that's it for the day, sorted. you don't need anymore, and you don't need to load
