L Lysine/ L Glutamine
at what stage is it ideal to take these in your diet?
Personally I take l-glutamine immediately post workout, just before bed, and in my morning shake.
Does definitely make a difference to recovery for me.

I heard a long time ago that you should take lots of lysine if you eat peanut butter a lot, is that true?
Never heard that one personally mate, sounds totally random.
What are your goals?

ah well I can answer that. Peanuts are high in arganine which can (in people who have herpes) bring on a cold sore and Lysine is a supplement taken to help counteract the virus. Hope that helps.
