I was interested in getting a test / libido restoring supp, as my drive and agression doesnt seem to have fully recovered since i did those prohormones a few months back (my sex drive is way too low). I was looking at trib, but a mate of mine says trib always gives him gut ache. Has anyone else who's tried trib had this problem? I have fairly sensitive guts, so i'll go with the HGW if this is the case with trib.

I've only ever tried Trib for about a month in the past, and didn't get any adverse affect in the gut area.

I have heard of people having intestinal trouble with trib. Its not surprising really since its got [at last count] at least six active chemical component groups with at least 26 active single compounds between them. You only need to be allergic/sensitive to one of them to find yourself in trouble.

Personally I've never really tried trib so I can't say one way or the other, but I have used prohormones [a long time ago] and like you did have a long drawn-out recovery. The thing that sticks in my mind was the sudden onset of acne - something I'd never had before! I never touched prohormones again.

Anyhow, if your libido has taken a nosedive you need to be certain what the actual problem is. I am saying "you" but of course this applies to anyone reading this - so don't take it personally, ok.

Is it that you are just disinterested in sex? This could be mild, clinical depression. I had a bout of this a few years back when everything in my life went pear-shaped. Its not uncommon and its pretty easy to overcome. Need an answer? PM me.

Or, is that you are interested - but just can't rise to the occasion, as it were?
Or is it that despite being capable of holding a flag-raising ceremony the party just never seems to come to an end? All sorts of subtle variations on a theme there, so you have to whittle the problem down to a specific or two.

The first thing to do in all cases, though, is increase your intake of zinc. Most males don't get enough as it is. The body cannot store zinc and so by adding a drain on your existing stores by taking prohormones and you will probably have a sub-clinical deficiency. A very cheap, very easily assimalable form of supplementation is zinc citrate. In fact anyone thinking of raising their testo levels should increase their intake of zinc.
I shall say that again for the sake of all the speed readers here.
Zinc is involved in testosterone production. More zinc equals more testo, ok!
Zinc works synergistically with vitamin E. So take some of that as well.

To move on slightly, zinc's RDA is probably around 15mg per day, most authorities agree that this too little to do other than preserve the state you are in though and recommend around 90mg per day. Some say 300mg a day. I take 50mg. Check out Amazon for books on the subject. Just type "zinc" and "health" into the search engine [unless you want to read books on mining techniques, of course]. Probably a dozen relevant titles?

    Other stuff.

6 oxo works - I will personally vouch for that. After four weeks on it I was starting to look at aging nuns with interest!! After five weeks even the dog was hiding. [Yes fin, she's a bitch -what do you think I am, some sort of pervert?]

More stuff that really works is DHEA. I was taking 50mg every other day. [This was to make sure that my own natural supply didn't shut down]. Again whole books have been written on this stuff. Check Amazon [I just have and there are at least two dozen different titles!].

If you want to try a very safe prescription drug [standardised dose, pharmaceutical grade, known list of side effects - all pluses in my book] you want one that increases your dopamine levels. This is the "feel-good, motivational drive" chemical of the brain. The best one is Deprenyl [aka Selegiline, sold as "Jumex"]. Apart from its anti-aging properties its best known use "off-ticket" is for improving sexual stimulus. Its better than its predecessor Bromocriptine [sold as Parlodel].

If you are not interested in Jumex etc [and if you are PM me] then try increasing your dopamine levels with velvet bean powder. This vegetable product is about 40% l-dopa!! It also increase GH levels, incidentally, in the right dose taken at the right time.

Other stuff to look at is Yohimbe. Yohimbine is banned by the FDA, has about twice the effect at about three times the price. Buy this and you are probably buying Yohimbe. Both will increase sexual desire, neither increase testo levels. I have never taken this.

Horny Goat Weed is supposed to work and I have heard positive reviews from people using it. I have never taken this.

The last one to mention is Smilax, its a plant sterol that comes from the sarasaparrilla. I have never taken this.

Anything there that interests you, post back. If you want a private reply [anyone] PM me.

One last thing. Read this carefully. I speak from long and bitter experience.
Do not wreck an existing relationship by doing nothing about a low libido. You may think everything is ok, you may think that the relationship has entered a "cosy", "comfortable" plateau, etc etc. Don't believe it.

Never forget two things. One - women have sex drives too. Two - so do other men. Unless you live together on a completely barren desert island these two facts have an uncomfortable habit of finding each other mutually interesting!

I never knew Trib has so many chemicals in! Thanks for the heads-up. Thankfully i haven't had any adverse effects to it so far!
