COOL OIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really Cool

Was in tesco tonight and always look at the organic section just to be nosey and found the below. It has a ratio of 2:1:1 for omega 3/6/9 respectively. I'm sure this is a good blend if I remember correctly? It cost £7.89 so pretty steep but i'm only probably gonna use it at night. Just to let peeps know. Just checked and it is expensive compared to the now equivalent lol, but handy nevertheless.

just get pure omega 3 and then get your omega 6 + 9 from walnut and olive oils, works out cheaper.

Yeah, I've bought this oil before.

As well as top-notch ingredients, it tastes absolutely fantastic too. However, these days I mainly use the NOW foods Omega-3-6-9 oil from MP (which doesn't taste quite as nice), purely because it works out a fair bit cheaper.

But yes, Cool Oil is really cool!

I'll probably buy some more of this again, as a nice variation to the NOW stuff. It does taste very very good. The mixture of oils they use works really well (different mix/ratio to the NOW oil).
