I'd recomend you make your own on the customiser because the MP formula is full of maltodextrin and dextrose. This has come up in a previous thread and it seems MP has used those ingrediants because it mimics what other companys use so it's got the stuff buyers expect to see, however if you search the forum generally we'd use oats, whey and flax.
