Does anyone know the calorie information of the formula - 70% oats 30% whey (sweetened) in 100grams? Im taking it twice daily, x2 100g servings between meals! It tastes lush anyway, spot on myprotein, thanks!

Got a 5kg tub to last me a long time which set me back £30 bucks, alot cheaper than other weight gainers around IMO! Going to have it once a day now post workout with 5g creatine & replace the other shake with 200g quark, peanut butter & water/milk

Also high in nutrients and I believe they also contain an antioxidant unique to oats. Also a great source of fibre so they're pretty awesome when you think about it!

Bear in mind they do contain anti nutrients, avenin and phytic acid.
So the usual dietary advice of keeping balance on not going OTT applies with them.
