What should I have in a PWO shakes along with the whey protein? I have run out of products at the moment but am thinking of trying the whey from this site and maybe the oats. But i have read on a few posts that it is reccommended NOT to have oats in a post work out shake. And to have dextrose or maltodextrine. Do i need these?

definately an ecton. So if i was to buy the products from this site., I would have to buy everything seperate?
agreed. If you gain fat easily go for 100-150g oats. If you find putting weight on hard then have 50-70g dextrose/maltodextrin.

And I'd be best getting dextrose and maltodextrin seperate?
