I have just ordered some glutamine and some hmb, should it be cycled in the same way that you should cycle creatine?

I still do not fully agree with you on this oh meaty one. I believe the jury is still out. The same as there are no studies (that I am aware of) on any detrimental long term effects of the use of creatine.

There is no empirical evidence on whether you should or should not cycle creatine.

I agree, I wasn't saying he should/shouldn't cycle it, simply that cycling isn't required. Its a personal chioce.

There isn't any evidence with Creatine, but I think that common sense would dictate that one does cycle.

I'm just coming off for a month or two as I've been on for the past two months. When I come back from such a break, I notice a surge in strength and size.

There is evidence that endogenous production is compromised with long term creatine use........however its totally reversible.

imo no need to cycle but i still do

This is my last day or creatine for at least a month. In it's place, I'll be taking taurine before bed and just before training.

Not sure if you care to know or not but i'll say anyway,

I'm fairly sure endogenous production is back to normal much quicker than a month so cycling off for a shorter period of time would be fine if this is your concern/reason.

I go with 8-12 weeks on ie my particular training cycle at the time and then a week off.
