I'd just buy WPI in bulk (5kg+), forget about the other 2.
Also buy a big bag of ultra fine oats (10kg) and mix them into a shake by yourself for breakfast (this will work out cheaper).
BanZeh in a previous thread recommended I use Whey Protein Isolate, Brown Rice Concentrate and Soy Protein but i'm not sure what percentages to use in the MP customiser?
The shake I have first thing should ideally have around 25g of protein and 50g of carbs to get me going alongside 3 eggs on toast, a couple of Omega 3 tabs and an apple. Of course, lactose free please.
The shake before bed should ideally have around 30-40g of protein and no carbs. Again, lactose free.
If anyone would be so kind to recommend a formula with the percentages so i'm not drinking something too nasty, i'd very much appreciate it.

Great! So for supplements:
Morning: 100g Ultra Fine Oats + 30g WPI
Bedtime: 50g WPI + 350ml Lactose Free Milk
I would say that morning one is fine for breakfast by itself mate, no need for the eggs too, that would be a huge amount of calorues. Maybe have the eggs toast and apple upon waking then the shake a couple hours later? Whats your whole diet?

And as far as lactose free milks go, I'm not sure what you have tried but almond milk is much nicer than soya, with rice being in the middle tastewise (I've tried them as i worked in a health food store), oat milk isn't bad, you eityher love it or hate it...

Yeah, the milk I have is from a company called Lactofree, basically the milk is semi-skimmed milk with water and the lactase enzyme. Tastes good having already tried soya milk. Can't seem to find almond or even rice milk anywhere in Tesco or Asda.
Meal 1
2x wholemeal bread
1x whole egg, 2x egg whites
Apple
100g Weight Gainer Elite Shake <-- lactose, therefore replacements needed
w/ tbsl Olive Oil
Handful of Almonds
x2 Omega 3 tabs + Multi Vitamin
Meal 2
100g Chicken Breast
100g wholegrain pasta
Brocoli, Carrots, Sweetcorn
Banana
Handful of Almonds
300ml Milk (Lactofree)
Meal 3
2x wholemeal bread
Can of Tuna
Handful of Almonds
Apple
Meal 4
Steak (lean)
1/2 salmon fillet
Cup of Rice
Carrot, Courgettes, Mushrooms
Activia Yoghurt
Meal 5
25g Bedtime Formula shake <--lactose, so again need replacement
2x wholemeal bread
w/ 2x tbsl peanut butter
Handful of Almonds
350ml Milk (Lactofree)
Whenever I can fit it in the day...
20mins drumming (thrash ME-TAL!), 20mins cardio, 20mins weights
Hurricane XS PWO
---------------------
So, really I could split the first meal into two. Great, so that's my six meal target sorted. Nice one!
I'm only 72kg and 6ft, but i've gained 12kg over two and half months and have come to a point where i'm stuck around the 72kg mark. With the above diet though, I really hope i'll hit 80kg by Xmas.

Think I originally posted a shake with other ingrediants apart from WPI because you wanted a lactose free bedtime formula, so I suggested the other ingredients to slow digestion instead of using milk protein or cassein.
Just wondering, can you use a lactose digestion aid?
Also you can buy lactose free milk from tesco's!
