That's £25 for the lot then? Damn that's cheap, can afford that now even!

I saw the thread from LH about the routine and I imagine I could always do stuff similar to KB work with smaller bags too at the same time. Things like Turkish get-ups, if I'm thinking of the right exercise.

Any last bits of advice before I start getting the pieces together?

How heavy could you theoretically make these bags?

Steve was mentioning about making some heavy loading bags for strongman training. Could sandbags be a good idea?

Well just made a sand bag ( but not really a sand bag).

I had my kitchen plastered recently and was left with a 25KG bag of plaster. The bag it was in is actually quite sturdy but i have wrapped it in 2 heavy bin bags with duct tape and place all in a rubble bag. Zip tied the end and more duct tape over the zip tie.

I now have a 25KG bag. Mmmmm this will be interesting to use.
Please Use MP152150 to get something off.
