Further to my old thread here Here's my own template Training Diaries for anyone to use (weblink to PDF files) and a following a specific request by Scouse, I've come up with a new diary/log just to record nutrition/food/meals/snacks in.

EDIT:Here's an EXAMPLE of 1-day's page in the diary

Basically you print-off onto A4 paper, fold it, make 1-cut, fold a bit more & voila! You have a neat A7 sized diary/organiser (74 x 105mm). If you print on both sides - then you can unfold it, turn it over & use both sides - saves you on paper.

Cheap cheerful & easy to use. Please feel free to let me know what you think!

I've put the NEW nutrition diary onto the web for anyone to download & use. The file is 2-pages, to give you the option to select duplex printing (printing on both sides) if your printer has that option.

There are columns for measurement (g/ml), kCals, Carbs, Sugars, Fat, Protein, and Fibre.

Use this link http://www.divshare.com/download/5271026-97c to find & download it if you like

    (4) Nutrition Diary - 6 days This has room for recording meals/food from AM to PM, 3 days per A4 page (1-sided), or 6 days (if you print on both sides). There's even little "glasses of water" so you can see how much water you've drunk that day too. There is also a small space for comments/ notes too.

VIDEO: Here's a link on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAb31rIeGZo which shows a video of how to fold & make-up your diary.

WRITTEN: Here's a printable instruction page too http://www.divshare.com/download/4918023-2f4

PLEASE NOTE: If you’re printing my PDF files with Windows, make sure to select “Page Scaling = None” on the print options when you print out the PDF file or Acrobat Reader will shrink the document down by a few percent and it will not fold properly.

For best results please use a mono laser printer if you can.
There are also 3-versions of my Training-Diaries all saved to PDF file & I've put them on the web previously too for anyone to download & use. Again each file is 2-pages, to give you the option to select double-sided printing. You can find these diaries/logs here http://www.divshare.com/folder/359442-185

It's a good contribution, but as a Nursing Student I am repelled by such charts. I'll have myself on the 'Bristol Stool Chart' if I'm not careful, and that's just not normal.
