    I've downloaded the tabata timer file but it won't open! Any idea's what to do?

    You might need a java program to run it. Not sure what's the best one for windows, but linux comes with one pre-installed.

    I've got all the latest Java programs and it still doesn't work.

    This could be a good little exercise! I can make a program to do this. What do people want?

    Work timer + rest timer x how ever many reps?
    My Training Log My Routine "You can't out train a bad diet!" "Train hard, win easy!"
    Targets: Bench 125kg, Squat 175kg, Deadlift 225kg Total: 525kg + OHP 100kg, Push 125kg
    Current: Bench 110kg, Squat 120kg, Deadlift 205kg Total: 435kg + OHP 70kg, Push 90kg
