    you not gonna be going heavy on the squats?

    I'm thinking I'd rather go real deep and good form with lighter weights on my squats, then in a couple of years when hopefully I will have my own house go for a proper rack in a garage.

    I'm also looking at the Iron Gym / Power trainer to add some body weight exercises into the whole thing

    Thanks for all your help so far guys, it's made my day go much quicker looking at all this stuff.

    is this in a bungalow or in an upstairs bedroom ? personally i wouldnt want to be lifting big amounts of weight on a barbell in an upstairs bedroom
