I have a pair of the Kono sleeves and love them. I have not tried the rehband sleeves but I think they are pretty pricey compared to the Konos.

Did your konos come as a pair of single sleeves mj? The rehband from strengthshop are just the one sleeve and for a pair will set me back 60 squiddos.

Did not realise they came as single sleeves!

Yep the Kono bands come as a pair. They can also be used as elbow sleeves; although I have not tried that yet.

mj: the kono knee sleeves sizing fit well? the descriptions says a medium is for 130-250lbs, so thats around 59- 115kg bw. thats a large range. i'm around 74kg.

so i would go for a medium?

I am weighing in at 86-88kg and I went for a medium. I think they placed a large tolerance on the weight range due to the fitting nature of the bands themselves. The first time I tried to put them on it took me about 10 minutes! I think a medium should be good for you.

After I have finished with mine I give them a little rinse under some lukewarm water. They make your knees sweat a lot and they will start to pong otherwise!

On a related note to that Dope; do you know of anyone who stocks the old school blue rehband shorts? Would be great to have for event training days.

Strength shop might stock them in the future. They're pretty good at listening to customers. I asked if they could get a home ghr bench similar to the elitefts ones and a few months later...they had it!
