I've decided to buy some knee sleeves. Anyone recommend a decent brand? I've been reading rave reviews for the rehband ones but they are pricy (£40+ for the pair).

Allan I notice in your videos that you use them, which ones do you use?

ye I spotted those too, they had mostly good reviews, couple of them said they were extremely tight. Thing with the rehbands is, literally every review I've read has said they are absolutely amazing and completely worth the money, so I'm debating whether to splash out on them since they could very well save my knees (according to the reviews anyway!)

I paid about £25 per sleeve for my rehbands but I think they are a bit more expensive than that now. They are excellent for warming up the knee joint especially when training in a cold garage and outside. I think they are about £32 a sleeve now on strengthshop but well worth it IMO.

cheers dude. You have the old blue ones correct? From what I've read online, the new grey ones (the ones available at strength shop) aren't quite as good. The only place that sells the old blue ones is Jackal's Gym.

Also, what size did you opt for and what is the measurement of your knee? Mine's about 16in/40cm which would put me in the XL size range.

Mine are the newer ones from strengthshop. Your right the only place you can get the old ones is Jackal's gym, havent looked into it but I'm under the impression they will work out way more expensive.

Don't have a tape at the moment to measure but my left one is xl and my right one is xxl. Strengthshop is based out of unit 20, the gym I pop through to from time to time to train strongman events. I just get the stuff when I'm there but I know hes happy to accept returns and swap sizes if the wrong sizes are bought and its quick too!

bought some of the tommy kono ones and tried them out tonight. At first I thought they were very restrictive. The material would bunch up behind the knee making it awkward to do a full squat. However, once I warmed up sufficiently my knees felt great and there was no knee pain whatsoever! Would recommend them.
