I am not an expert when it comes to punch bags so i won’t comment on their quality. However what i would say is whichever bag you get you must think of a few factors.

1 - Space Clearly the different bags will take up more or less room, no point getting a big bag if you don’t have enough room to kick ect.

2- Fixings Do the bags come with fixings to attach them to the wall ect plus are your walls sturdy enough to support them. If not how much does the fixing cost ? This may be an important factor.

3 - Workout I presume you will not be buying all three, therefore what is your focus clearly they all have certain beneficial factors. Maybe this will help you decide ?

4- Warranty You may not want to think about this now but what sort of cover do they come with. As if in 2 years’ time you find a nice pile of filler on your floor with no warranty, its not much good then.

When buying i would highly recommend you buy home gym equipment from a professional source. It might cost more but often in the long run this can be beneficial. A company called TKO Fitness are a well-respected brand.

Other than that enjoy, and apologise if i have got the complete wrong end of the stick for this post but best of luck.

Do you have to get a bag that's so expensive???

IMO a general heavy bag is best to start with, you don't want one that doesn't swing (2nd) because it just sucks and you want a full length bag (unlike 3rd) so you've got more workout options.

If any I'd get the first. But I'd rather something like this:
    BBE Super Impact Leather Bag - 4ft - Fitness-Superstore.co.uk

That link being of the type I'd be looking for, of course there's many variations of weight/brand but along them lines is what I'd go for.
I think the thing to be looking for is how are you going to mount it and will it be secure.
