There is the 'ripped' version of the zuluglove ones which are 22-36 inches?

Just got a Zulu belt and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to break it in? Used it to squat today and it's pretty painful. Not too bad but I've got some serious purple marks from where it's pinching my sides and things. Any suggestions?

You could roll the belt to break it up a bit.

I didnt though, just dealt with discomfort and marks for a while and now its fine.

I just kept twisting and bending it, not sure if it made much difference though. The pain will go before too long, so don't worry too much about it.

Cheers. The pain isn't too bad. The marks that it left were pretty bad so I thought I'd might as well see if there was anything I could do. Seems like a really good belt though, even better when it's broken in I imagine.

Yes, definitely! It is extremely comfortable now.

What you may find, is though you may think that you wearing it properly, you are not. For months I was certain that mine was on properly, then one day I wore it at an angle (sloping down from back to front), and it totally changed my experience, for the better of course.

Wearing a belt isn't as straight forward as people often think. Like equipment, you have to get used to it.

    Good luck!
