    Anyone know where to get some decent smelling salts? Or even make your own?!?

    strength shop do some mean ones. use as directed on the bottle or further away. a guy at a gym i used to go to pretty much shoved it up his nose thinking it wasn't anything major. his brain nearly melted and had to call off his workout for hte day!

    have you ever smelt them? bloody hell!!!! they will clear your mind of every distraction possible because the smell is so overpowering allowing to concentrate solely on your lift. i personally have never used them and this is just my thoughts on why. i could well be very wrong. . . wait for other people to comment before you take what i say as gospel

    Cheers for the replies guys. Think I'll have a go with the strengthshop ones. I have tried them before, had a sniff of a fellow competitors 'dose' at my last comp - certainly do the trick! Next comp is coming up at end of the month so thought i'd better stop sponging off others!
