    calipers are used to measure your progress and for that they work well but wther or not theyre accurate is another matter.

    I dont think the pics in the higher ranges in tht post are accurite. One of the guys he has as 20% still has ab definition. 20%+ is a lot more thn tht.

    if that is accurate the definitions, then i would put myself at 12%. i always thought myself to be around 15% for some reason.i find my bf seems to fluctuate alot, i can look very ripped or not so, i spose water retention plays a huge role.
