    yeah, fairly enjoying the program though

    not seen much way in weight changes etc, but i wasnt expecting much, just some nice strength increases

    the 75kg felt easier than the 72.5kg's LOL

    would be very happy if i can squat 100kg at the end of this!

    its my favourite exercise aswell

    Yeh you're doing well dude, I did the 75kg squats today but didnt find them easy by any means

    How long are you planning on doing this routine for? At this rate you'll probably hit 100kg squat before the years out

    prob about till xmas.. havent a clue what i will do from there, prob cut till i get some more definition and just lean bulk with hiit from there on

    i doubt my bench will be going much higher, defiantly one of my weakest lifts ( not to mention i have no spotter aswell so i am a bit weary of lifting more than i can handle )..

    still feel like i have got alot more to put into other lifts though

    Another workout down! another 2 PB's. Military press was HARD!, not to mention i got a pain in my shoulder squats were pretty hard but managed all reps easy.. Pendlays going good aswell
