Because his is better. I never liked that routine organisation, as even after a days rest i still felt weak. But saying that he shud have a break between the ME Upper and DE Lower, and DE Upper and ME Lower. Actually now i think about it, he shoudnt. It does seem logical the way he set it out to me.
james does it like i do....obv as i copied his routine more or less....
and he knows what hes doing...
i think DE days should be done after each other really.
Order of workouts isnt that important, if you can, try to have a day between heavy workouts and never workout 3days in a row. Thats pretty much the 2 rules I try to adhere to.

just workout every 2 days and forget about trying to organise workouts into 7 day periods.
