110* 6/3/1 Not liking them, feeling ill *blagh*
Leg press - not including slead 5/6-0-x
135 *11 - 5-6 negs are very fun knees where touching my chest
Leg press - not including slead 4/1-0-x 4 at the start got faster past 14
120 * 20 - screamed after

I'm weighing 11"13' today but feeling rubbish, bloated and ill, Sore throat.
No pump, looked rubbish.
Took some ephedrine this morning so I could breath abit better and felt adrenally fatigued all day, never tacking in the morning again, only pre training if I realy need it.
Looking forward to beating all of last weeks lifts on my favourite upper bpdy parts though.
