    id say maybe 11;7 and youll look bang on wont need to lose more than that il probably try and drop 1lb a week for the next 6 weeks then i should be bang on i rekon

    I'm weighing 11"13' today but feeling rubbish, bloated and ill, Sore throat.
    No pump, looked rubbish.

    Took some ephedrine this morning so I could breath abit better and felt adrenally fatigued all day, never tacking in the morning again, only pre training if I realy need it.

    Looking forward to beating all of last weeks lifts on my favourite upper bpdy parts though.

    Thanks man I think I'll do;
    90k with 3 sec negs on the bench for a RP 12-15,
    CRGPD with about the same weight and negs RP 12-15

    Ok workout today, strength is blatantly down from the power lifting days but then again I'm a stone and half lighter.
    Had a vision of things to come today veins all over the place, traps, arms etc never usually get that!
    Its soooo good cutting. Seeing yourself get more solid every workout is a great feeling even if the weights are smaller.
    I'm only continuing this blast for the next 5 sessions (I will of then gone full circle twice). I'll be cruising after that with just straight sets and statics no RP.

    30*13 + 14 second static (this hurt like hell) +2 reps

    200lb*12 !! + 20lb calves are definitely growing

    Wide grip SLDL - RP 3-0-x
    110*8/2/1 -1 reps and + 10k

    ATG OLY Back Squat SS 3neg-0-x
    120*4 -2 reps +10k (could of got 1 more but the full ATG is very hard with 3 second negs!! - bum about 2" off the floor)

    ATG OLY Back Squat, from hell! WM 3neg-0-x
    80*10/4 with a 5 second pause inbetween - 6 reps + 10K
    Very disappointed should of got 20.
    I will leave more rest in between sets next week and get 20 mark my words!

    Wicked awesome session! Strength increases are marginal, but great none the less on a cut.
    I seriously love DC training its incredibly easy to track progress,
    my recovery is better, my muscles look fuller and I swear I've grown abit
    Vascularity was very high again today. Did an ab flex in the mirror post workout and had some tiny veins in the teres major visible from the front, some little tiny ones in upper pecs and some thick ones in forearms and biceps - way kool

    Body Weight = 11"13.5 no doubt abit of water gained from two medium carb days.
    I'm having 3 days off now and going < 50 per day, maybe throw in some cardio.
    Then on monday it will be Biceps/Forearms/Calves/Hams/Quads really looking forward to 20 rep heavy hack squats
