    15x2 reps for 2 weeks
    10x3 reps for 2 weeks
    5x5 reps for 2 weeks

Another two weeks spent doing either 5x5 or negatives. I've not decided on the last two weeks just yet.

I can see this working well for me, certainly enjoying it.

When you run a second cycle of HST, you can skip the 15s I understand. What do you do instead? Another two weeks of 10s?

I will remember to weigh myself tomorrow when I wake up!

There's a calculator on the HST website but I just took advice from others and then calculate the lifts myself. For example...

    Squat 15 Rep Max: 70KG

    Workout 1: 15x45KG (2 sets)
    Workout 2: 15x50KG (2 sets)
    Workout 3: 15x55KG (2 sets)
    Workout 4: 15x60KG (2 sets)
    Workout 5: 15x65KG (2 sets)
    Workout 6: 15x70KG, 15x75KG

I was just curious about it really, you could use reps a little lower and possible get more size gains. 15 reps is mainly for muscular endurance and joint health isn't it? (I'm not saying that's a bad thing in any way)
