    Workout A - Light

    Squat:
    15x45KG, 15x45KG

    SLDL:
    15x24KG, 15x24KG

    Incline DB Bench Press:
    15x10KG, 15x10KG

    Chins:
    15xBodyweight, 15xBodyweight

    Upright Row:
    15x30KG, 15x30KG

    Close grip bench press:
    15x24KG, 15x26.5KG

    Calf Raises:
    15x50KG, 15x50KG

Not a bad first workout. Taking the calf raises and SLDLs nice and easy until I really get food form on them. I can slip off balance a little when doing calf raises sometimes, i've neglected them for a good while though so i'm going to make sure I stick at it.

Looking forward to the heavy sessions as it feels a little weird going 'light' and not pushing really hard constantly as i'm used to.

Thanks to Bison and the others that have helped me get this started!

    Workout B - Light

    Squats
    15x50KG, 15x50KG

    Bent Over Row
    15x34KG, 15x34KG

    Dips
    15xBodyweight, 15xBodyweight

    Military Press
    15x14KG, 15x14KG

    Barbell Curls
    15x13KG, 15x13KG

    Shrugs
    15x29KG, 15x29KG

    Standing Calf Raise
    15x50KG, 15x50KG

    DB Flyes
    15x7.5KG, 15x7.5KG

Feel like a right spanner when you look at the bar with some of them weights, even if it is a light session.

Experimenting with the shrugs and I get cramp when I do calf raises really easy, I think i've got really unflexible calf muscles or something.

Putting in about 4 months of learning into tonight (CCNA) so I may well be abusing a few cups of tea with sugar and milk.

I'm having chicken breasts and cheese tonight for tea, I don't mean cheese on the chicken though. Slowly introducing more fats.

Nothing wrong with that . I've cut a chicken breast in half, put cheese in the middle and then steamed it with vegetables. Only the once though...
Don't wish it was easier; wish you were better
