    Considering im not training as hard as i want and im cutting its coming along pretty good.

    Me about a year ago. i randomly found it on my pc while looking for my rachel bilson screen saver.

    150x6 had a bit of a break between the 3rd and 4th as i was creamed.

    I wana be able to wide grip myself for about 8-10 times by end of summer so its looking good.

    105x8 Did these nice and slow as my back was nakered from deads.

    reverse butterfly machine

    Tri cable Pull downs
    70x10x10

    Maybe should do some more on my triceps as there a bit more important than biceps i feel.

    routines starting to have same amont of volume as my old 'bodybuilding' sessions so i reckon my muscles have got used to this again from the heavy, intense 6x3 i did a few weeks ago as ive got more energy towards the end of my sessions.

    On a further note, feel im plateauing on my deadlifts considerable.
    I moved at the right time from bench pressing to DBs so lifts have still gone up but i reckon i need to change deads to something else.
    But even if im not going up the weights, im growing well off deadlifts.

    Any ideas?

    Powercleans could be an option bro, 1 week deads 1 week powercleans I have seen in a couple of routines. When I drop the fat Im going to change my training to more explosive style and try and keep between 14-15st.

    I took a couple quickies yesterday, in one of them I look fairly cut tbh considering only 3 weeks.

    So weird how uch different you can look in pics taken at the same time!

    Sorry guys (the one or two who look at this), been pretty busy past few weeks.
    exams finished so lots of partying and been away to italy.
    have been training and running quite a bit but ill just start again with todays workout.

    Working much harder in sessions now, really squeezing out the last one/two reps.
    but really enjoying them.

    might change my routine to a very bodybuilding one.
    sort of like jay cutlers etc.
    but not sure just yet as going away this week (cycling for 3 days) and next week with mates.

    will post some pictures up shortly.
