    Enjoying the speed deads, but the legs are taking a battering from them, shins and thighs brusied to hell!!

    no no no no, 531 does not get my vote, cant stand the thought of squating once every 4th session. kortes it's is then....but going to keep the squat sets down to 5 instead of 8.

    yeah they were fun!


    Weighed my self for the first time since the turn of the year,

    new years day i was 16 stone dead (224lbs/101kgs)
    today on waking 15.2 (212/96.1)

    thats 12lbs lost just by cleaning up the diet, not counting kcals and eating just to saiety

    started my session in the gym today but had to cut it short to dash out, not going to have chance to finish it later either, may have to squeeze some in tomorrow or do a double on tuesday (off work any way)
