    ha ha, perhaps back end of summer maybes! between now and easter Im just concentrating on getting back into the swing of things...a good week will see me in the gym twice a week

    first session this year, mean to be a benching session but got carried away with squats (planning on doing up 120 as a warm up before moving on)

    forgot to stop at 100 and did 120 out of habbit, thought I would take it 160 and do a couple of reps, but 160 felt easy so thought I'd push on and see what my current max is. 190 was hard, but felt like I had a little bit more in the tank too, perhaps I still got the 200 in me??? Certainly felt like a 195 would have been achievable.

    Woke the bairn up putting the 190 down so left it at that too.


    Right, lets hope that's the bug well and truly bitten again, next week I will start 531 again
