    100g Chicken Breast (cooked weight)

    My bad on not updating! I've been on and off with my exercises but keeping my diet relatively clean. I'll post up what I did on Friday, missed Monday's session (nap turned out to be a full-lengh sleep).

    SM Straight-back/leg Deadlift
    20 x Bar
    8 x 20 KG

    (+10 KG!)

    SM Standing Calf Raise
    20 x Bar
    8 x 30 KG
    8 x 70 KG
    8 x 120 KG
