    I have still be training in the background but thought I would try and start keeping a journal again to keep track of progress.

    Current workout split is a basic Chest + triceps, Back + biceps, Legs + shoulders, probably doing this about once every 10 days on average.

    Current stats approx, 5'10, 12st 12
