    30mins rowing machine 6,805m, consisting of:
    10 mins @ 2:10/500m,
    4 mins @ 2:20/500m,
    1min50 @ 1:50/500m,
    4min10 @ 2:20/500m,
    [4x] 30s @ 1:40/500m
    & 2min @ 2:20(ish)/500m

    10mins running machine: increasing incline intervals

    New 3 week rotation in the program. Slight variation on the previous 3 weeks, some changes to exercises and rep patterns.

    Sun 16th Nov & Mon 17th Nov


    Mondays workout is missing a couple of exercises:
    EZ-Barbell Curl 28Kgx8 38Kgx6 38Kgx6 28Kgx10
    CGBP 35Kgx8 50Kgx6 50Kgx8 50Kgx10

    Unfortunately the equipment was busy for CGBP - so improvised with the heaviest dumbells available.

    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

    Bench Press: 35x10, 75x8, 90x6, 110x6, 115x5, 120x3, 90x10
    Deadlift:65x8, 105x6, 135x4,150x6, 155x5, 160x4,105x14

    Abs skipped due to time (except hanging leg raise).

    A little update been pretty busy of late but managing to keep the training going...

    (edit a couple of the dates look wrong, but it's been completed sequentially)



    Followed by:
    02-Dec

    Cardio: Rowing
    10mins 2.10 /500m
    15mins of 1min@1.45-1.50/500, 2min@2.10-2.20/500m
    5min 2.00 /500m

    then roll off machine and collapse a little over 7km in half hour.
