    Im after advice for a rugby style training program.

    Im 6ft 2 and 14 stone.

    My season is 5 weeks or so away. So tabata training will commence on the cardio side of things.

    Weights wise..does anyone have a good template. I would in theory being going to the gym 4/ 5 times a week.

    and a diet plan?
