Gotta agree on the activity for keeping lean. Been doing rugby twice a week for the last couple of weeks and has helped alot, and im not even watching what I'm eating at all(I have a poor metabolism so this is impressive). Sprints are particularly effective!
pow indead at 9%!! sesamin sounds good! i will try and to get back into some martial arts class again over the holidays or something probs 2 times a week for the sparing and hopefully get down a % or 2 by end of august.
Ive got mega green tea already but if you could choose one more supp. between thermopure and sesamin which would it be?
id use alcar as its cheap and is great for focus too
