    sprints/highintense cardio i eat loads just gotta burn off more kcals than you eat so dont half starve yourself just get to a field run for half and hour twice a day and eat well

    rgbp felt really good tryed smyth for a warm up felt dodge so used bb nice burn espec on my long head

    on another note been using sesamin for a week now gotta say look leaner defo the thickest and leanest iv been 9% and around 12'10 pow!

    Nice, and how tall are you?

    Gotta agree on the activity for keeping lean. Been doing rugby twice a week for the last couple of weeks and has helped alot, and im not even watching what I'm eating at all(I have a poor metabolism so this is impressive). Sprints are particularly effective!

    pow indead at 9%!! sesamin sounds good! i will try and to get back into some martial arts class again over the holidays or something probs 2 times a week for the sparing and hopefully get down a % or 2 by end of august.

    Ive got mega green tea already but if you could choose one more supp. between thermopure and sesamin which would it be?

    id use alcar as its cheap and is great for focus too
    sesamin instead of thermo cause its no stimulating
