    havnt got a clue mate roughly 12'7-8 gona get up to 13' and stay about 12% bf and get strentgh up as much as possible and ry bench is normally got someone living on it lulz!"!!

    What's max you've tried for 1RM? 100kgx14 is impressive. Hopefully I'll get near that in the next 12 months
