I know there not the most acurate of things, but I've got two I take the average from, plus I use it more to gage the direction my bf is moving in rather than the exact figure. Just this was the first time ever it has flashed back at me saying less than 16%.

Tell us how you are finding the Thermopure. Have you ever taken any fat loss / stim supplement before?
Im currently on a cut, which is going grand. I've never used a fat loss aid but, was thinking of maybe trying Thermopure if the fat loss stalls. Im not crazy about stims though. Sleep is very important to me!

I'm finding it good, I've taken it previously and both times I've been able to feel a general rise in my body temperature. Especially when taking 3 pre work out. I've never had a problem with it affecting my sleep.
Have also tried CLA and sessamin before but have never really been 100% strict enough with my diet to tell you which one is the better and certainly haven't even looked to record what difference's each have made to me.
I'll be honest and say with or with out supplements I've allways had the best results during periods when my diet has been 100%.(but this is the same for everyone). I've never been lucky enough to get down to a point where I'm looking to shift the stubborn fat pockets where you can really tell the difference between the 3.
Thankfully though, I've never wasted money on them as I've always had referal points to burn, otherwise I wouldn't have got them.

CLA is supposed to be synergistic with omega 3, as is sesamin, and anecdotally, users on this forum have reported that sesamin seems to work better if you cycle it.
So a dosing protocol might cycle CLA and sesamin, but in a way that allows some overlap, so something like
week 1 sesamin
week 2 sesamin + CLA
week 3 sesamin + CLA
week 4 CLA
week 5 sesamin (same as week 1)

Yeah, I reckon I can still tweak my diet / cardio routine if fat loss slows, still, good to know there are other options. Im not looking to get to single digit or anything, just looking to get back around 12%, then go for the next bulk

Are you eating whole foods again now then?
Did you enjoy the liquid diet?
The normal follow up from this style of diet from a dietitian would be a period re-education into eating IIRC. This diet isn't really something I'd ever suggest for someone of your size and shape.... there are much better ways that are less abnormal lol

Hi Martin,
Far from eating again, I'm only upto day 11 of 28 days with only one meal per week. My intention after this i to go into a transitional period whereby I have 1 meal per day for a week then two the following and so on.
I am enjoying it so far, I might not be by the end, but I'm in this to mainly re-train my tastes so to speak and so far so good as even the smell of junk food is stomach turning at the moment.
For future reference and others that may read this, what kind of diet would you recomend, that's more normal? lol
