coma, went for just the one flavour, to ensure I got the discount. got the choc as can't stand strawberry flavoured stuff pluss all the reviews said it was a good flavour. Might experiment with cinaman and other spices if needs be down the line.

Not going to add the peanut butter to my shakes, going to eat it as a snack on an evening. Going to have to 'hide' the temptations in the fridge, it would be just cruel to my 4 year old if I cleared my fridge out. But will remmeber your tip for the jelly.

Tru... i'm going be alright man, if I have it down on paper in front of me I'll stick to it, it's when I have to use my own brain I get stuck!!

Atz... cheers for the tips, keep them coming. Gotta a lunch time route planned out already (a full circut of the industrial estate takes me 30 mins at a decent pace) will ensure I'm away from the evils of the canteen!!

I'm preparing myself now for the first week, slowly replacing a meal each day with a whey shake for now, getting ready for monday. I'm down to 3 meals and 3 shake at the mo.

I was thinking of trying this a while back when I wasn't doing much in terms of CV work (ie exam period), but shamefully I didn't think I'd have the will power for even a day. Good luck anyhow bud, takes some good mental strength.

    Good luck with this Dave.

You mentioned at the beginning of the thread you couldn't find anything detailing other people's experiences.

These from t-nation should give you what you're looking for.

Cheers amritos, the cost will give me the mental strength to get thru this, I've spent the next 6 weeks worth of my food budget on it!!

Daffy, cheers for the links. I've read most of them all ready and more on the T-nation site. I was reffering to not much on MP about it. But thanks anyhow, hopefully they'll be of use to others in the future.

Will get all stats and pics on a Sunday morning as planning on having my 1 meal on a sunday so will take them before the weekly bloat! (mother in law does a sunday dinner, lamb or beef normaly, i'll then just pile it up with calliflower, broccolli and carrotts).

Maybe you could enter that fat-loss comp? Especially on the V diet! Flippin' rippage dot com!

How long are you sticking to it for? (Sorry if you've stated already...)

There's virtually nothing in them, a bit of flavouring, sweetener and some gelatin. I think the ready made pots come in at about 5 Kcals.

A tip I pinched from Wotan is to get some of the sachet jelly and mix in a couple of meals worth of protein, it settles into a kind of blancmange jelly thing which definitely helps variety! It's one for home though, it doesn't travel that well once it's out of the fridge.
