I NEED to do a log... I've been slacking recently (reasons I can explain in later) & I need something to keep me on track... weight + BF have crept up on me (did a weigh in with hubby this Sunday 12th October 2008... we were both shocked!).

I plan to log into this journal:
    • My workouts (times / reps / weights etc.)
    • My statistics (weight/BF etc.)
    • My photos... before/ during/ after (the faces of the innocent shall be blurred ha ha ha! And, any laughing will be most severly frowned upon )
    • My Diet (been thinking about doing 'The Velocity Diet - for Women')
    I'm 5' 7" and was 11½ stone (73kgs start of Sept 2008)… now crept up to 12 stone (76.2kgs - 12th Oct 2008) arghhh!

So, a cut for me soon! I wanna get back to 10.5 stone (66.7kgs...my "wedding-weight" from end Sept 2007!) That's my long term aim for Summer 2009.... for 31st Jan 2009 I'm aiming for 11 stone/69.85kgs (I think it's do-able!). Currently me 'n hubby only train 2x per week... and I wanna move it up to 4x/week with Tabata-Thrusters (no laughing now... the name of those is always makes me laugh!) in the mornings on off-days for extra fat-burning.

Until recently I've been doing 1-day of body-weight based exercises/cardio on Mondays... and Wednesdays have been an hour-long full-boday circuit with weights.

This might change... need to ponder on it a bit... so this might be the first & only post in this thread for a while until I figure things out (still recovering from nasty cold which has hampered things a bit).

I agree with the others, about time this was started.

I have a sneaky feeling this is going to be the most colourful journal on the boards.

In case it helps you here is some training logs I use to help jot down my workouts
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.
